Tractor Cab Interior Restoration

Case 7110 cab restoration: Following an air conditioner failure, the customer opted to remove the door from the cab. After several years of operating without the door, coupled with moisture and animals, the cab was in bad shape.

The headliner and side padding had separated and fallen. The seat was ripped and deteriorated. We totally gutted the cab and cleaned as much of the dust out as possible. All the metal parts were cleaned to accept new adhesive to hold the new interior. A complete cab kit was ordered from Fehr cab interiors and the seat was replaced with a complete unit from A&I.

Upon completing the restoration of the cab, we looked into the air conditioning problem that started all of the damage. We found a bad temperature regulating switch in the cab that caused the failure of A/C. The switch was replaced along with cleaning of evaporator core.
